Double taxation agreements enter into force

The Government of Malta has notified that the Agreements between the Maltese Government and the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and The Socialist Republic of Vietnam, for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, have entered into force on the 27th December 2016 and 25^th November 2016 respectively.  These two agreements were originally published by means of Legal Notices 214 and 286 of 2016 respectively.
